#FOTD: Drugstore Products!

Hi everyone! As far as makeup goes,  I like spicing things up every once in awhile for events or special nights out but I generally like to keep my face super simple, casual, and neutral. I didn't realize it until after the fact, but my everyday face consists of mainly drugstore products except for lipstick and blush which I like changing up frequently. I'm taking a break from buying makeup since I have way too much and use way too little so it's the perfect time to start using things up:) Today I decided to use all drugstore products so here's my face of the day:

1. For foundation I used CG's 3-in-1foundation. I've written about this before and it's definitely still my favorite drugstore foundation! It's easy to apply and the coverage is awesome.

2.To cover up the tiny bit of redness left after applying foundation, I like using the l'oreal true match concealer. I have been using this the past year and I keep it in my makeup mag when I'm out and about just in case. This blends really well!

3. I like to brighten my undereyes with maybelline's dream lumi concealer. I like how it's subtle enough to brighten up the area and still look natural.

4.To keep my eyebrows in place, I use maybelline's great lash clear gel. Those of you have been around for awhile know that I recently purchased this product for the first time ever not too long ago. I'm loving it so far:)

5.I have never tried Wet N Wild mascara before but I picked up the megaimpact mascara awhile back and didn't try it out until the other day. I haven't decided whether or not I love it but it definitely helps lengthen and add volume to my lashes! My heart still belongs to l'oreal telescopic as far as drugstore mascaras go.

6. For eyeliner I like to switch between gel, liquid, and pencil depending on my mood. Today I opted for a pencil liner so I used one by milani.  I haven't had any problems with it, pigmentation is great, and I've been using it for awhile now. Definitely my favorite drugstore eyeliner pencil!

7. I never really wear eyeshadow on a daily basis but today I decided to use my maybelline color tattoo in Bad to the Bronze. I love the way this looks on its own<3

8. I skipped blush for today and opted to use a baked bronzer by milani to add some dimension to my face. I really like how this product adds more of a glow rather than a glitter effect. Side note, I'm not a big fan of glitter on anything but maybe my nails so I really dislike when products are gorgeous in color but are tainted with glitter.

9. To add some color to my overall look, I applied the maybelline color whisper in berry ready. I am obsessed with this!

What does your everyday face usually consist of?

Talk to you soon! xx

Top 5 Makeup [drugstore] Products

Hi! Today I am going to share my top 5 favorite drugstore makeup products. These are things that I always have on hand and continue to repurchase just because they have treated me so well ever since I discovered them. I use most, if not all, of these products for my everyday make-up look plus or minus a couple additional products depending on what mood I'm in :)

1. Maybelline colorsensational lipstick in Plum Perfect: I absolutely love this color for fall! It is the perfect berry shade, at least for my skin tone, and it can make a look casual or formal. The formula is smooth and I just love its versatility!

2. L'Oreal original Telescopic mascara in Blackest Black: This seems to be a hit or miss of everyone but its a HUGE hit for me! I have short, practically non-existant lashes but this mascara does a fantastic job at giving my lashes the length I wish I could have have naturally. This paired with almost every volumizing mascara I have used, makes my eyelashes look big and amazing.

3. L'Oreal Lineur Intense liquid liner in Carbon Black: I am more of a pencil or gel liner kind of girl but I have been into liquid liners lately and this has been a top favorite! It is so easy to apply and it's really easy to achieve a cat eye.

4. Cover Girl 3-in-1 Foundation in #845 Warm Beige: I wasn't a big fan of drugstore foundation until I came across this one.  It doesn't look cakey and I like how it makes my skin look flawless!

5. Neutrogena Skin Clearing Mineral Powder in Natural Beige: Out of all these products, this is my number 1 favorite! I like using this on its own or as a setting powder because it looks and works great both ways. Another bonus is that it still has yet to make me breakout like other face powders have.

&that wraps up my top 5 favorite drugstore makeup products!

What are your favorites? <3
